Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 tsp. almond extract (optional)
any kind of crust
Preparation

Beat cheese to soften.
Add sugar and then add milk gradually. Fold in coconut and Cool Whip.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Garnish with toasted coconut.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
