Ingredients

1 c. water
1 pkg. dry active yeast
2 c. all-purpose flour
pizza sauce
cut up onion and green pepper or what you want for a topping
your favorite cheese (top with)
Preparation

Mix water, yeast and flour; knead.
Let rise 1 hour.
Spread dough in skillet and add pizza sauce and other topping ingredients.
Top with Danish Havarti cheese (or your favorite cheese).
Cover and cook for 25 to 30 minutes over very low flame or heat.
