Spinach Or Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pkg. spinach or broccoli
    1 lb. pkg. cottage cheese
    8 oz. white brick cheese, cubed
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    6 whole eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour (non-rising)
Preparation
    Put all vegetables in casserole after you have thawed and drained them; cut into small pieces.
    Add cubed cheese, cottage cheese, butter and whole beaten eggs and sprinkle with flour.
    Mix well; will be kind of globby.
    Pour into a deep casserole dish so you have room on top for it to bubble and not run over.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Is good as a leftover the second day.
