Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. pecan meal (found at health food stores) or chopped pecans
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. light rum
    1 tsp. vanilla
    additional confectioners sugar (for coating)
Preparation
    Combine vanilla wafers, sugar, pecans, cocoa, corn syrup, salt, run and vanilla.
    Shape into balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Store in tightly covered container.
