Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk.
Blend in dry mustard.
Serve with Salmon Loaf.
