Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    1 c. milk
    2 whole eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring first 2 ingredients to a boil; add rice.
    Simmer 45 minutes, stirring frequently.
    In a bowl mix heavy cream, milk, whole eggs and vanilla.
    After first mixture cooks 45 minutes, check and make sure rice is done.
    Bring both mixture to
    full boil and then let cool before refrigerating.
