Turkey Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed turkey
    4 c. cut up fresh or frozen vegetables
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can broth
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Stir together cornstarch, ginger, broth and soy sauce until smooth; set aside.
    In skillet, in 2 tablespoons hot oil, stir-fry the turkey until browned.
    Remove and set aside.
