Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. dried beef, chipped
    3 or 4 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Have cheese at room temperature.
    Mix in beef chips, onions (chopped with tops) and salt.
    Form into a ball.
    Roll in nuts. Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate a few hours or overnight for more flavor.
