Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. molasses
2 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Bake in long pans.
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl; beat well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
Top with 7 Minute Icing.
