Fudge Sundae Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. cold coffee
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine chocolate, cream, coffee and salt. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Reheat to serve over your favorite ice cream.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
