Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and chopped
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 Tbsp. oleo
1 soup can milk
1 onion, chopped
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
Preparation

Put soup in pan.
Stir until smooth.
Add milk, oleo and cheese.
Cook until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Mix all ingredients and put cooked broccoli in casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with bread croutons, if desired.
Serves 12.
