Sausage Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot or sweet pork sausage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 (28 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Combine and brown first 6 ingredients.
To combined and browned mixture add rest of ingredients and simmer over low heat for several hours.
Better the next day.
