Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat thoroughly.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
When the cake is cool, remove it from the pan.
Prepare cream cheese frosting.
