Tabbouli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bulgur wheat
    3 c. boiling water
    2 or 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    5 or 6 green onions, finely sliced
    1 small carton cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    1 green bell pepper, cut into small pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    2 or 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (more if needed)
Preparation
    Mix bulgur wheat and water and let set until absorbed. Drain off excess water and cool in refrigerator.\tWhen cooled, add olive oil and mix.
    Squeeze garlic into mixture.\tAdd remaining ingredients to mixture.
    Mix and place in refrigerator for three to four hours.
