Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown together the ground chuck and onion.
    Add spaghetti sauce, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
    Cook lasagna noodles until tender.
    Blend together cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Layer the noodles, sauce and cheese mixture in a 12 x 15-inch pan, ending with layer of cheese mixture.
    Top with a heavy coating of Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
