Wild Card Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can red beans
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. chopped hot red peppers (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Brown beef with onions in a Dutch oven; pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
