Clam Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cans minced clams
    12 saltine crackers, crushed
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add clams and crushed crackers.
    Blend with a fork. Add milk and melted butter or margarine, salt and pepper.
    Bake in a greased casserole at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
