Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. fresh basil
2 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. warm pasta water
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender.
Blend until consistency of mayonnaise.
Serve over pasta.
