Baked Pork & Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sm. pork cutlets
3 c. tomato juice or tomatoes and juice to equal 3 c.
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
Salt, pepper and flour
Preparation

Salt and pepper pork and roll in flour. Brown meat in shortening in a skillet. In a greased casserole dish, combine the tomatoes, onion, peppers, rice, salt and pepper. Put in meat and drippings. Add sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
