Double Toffee Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Combine the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
    In large mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, puddings, water, oil, vanilla and eggs.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Pour 1/2 batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with 1/2 brown sugar mixture, rest of batter, then sprinkle with rest of brown sugar mixture.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 300\u00b0, until top springs back when touched lightly in center.
