Strawberry-Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry gelatine
    1 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, thawed
    1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 pt. sour cream (fat-free if you like)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in boiling water.
    Fold in strawberries, drained pineapple, bananas and walnuts.
    Turn 1/2 of strawberry mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until firm.
    Spread top with sour cream and gelatin.
    Spoon on remaining strawberry mixture.
    Refrigerate; cut into 12 squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
