Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shredded cabbage
    1 bell pepper
    2 chopped onions
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour 2 cups sugar over cabbage, pepper, onions and pimientos. Allow to set.
    Bring to a boil the oil, vinegar, sugar, celery seed and salt.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Mix and refrigerate.
