Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. ground nutmeats (pecans or walnuts)
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cream butter; add other ingredients and work with fingers until well blended.
Pinch off bits and roll in balls the size of large marbles.
Bake on slightly buttered cookie sheet in moderately hot oven (375\u00b0) about 10 minutes.
Roll while hot in powdered sugar.
Makes about 60.
If too crumbly to make into balls, add just a little milk.
