Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
chopped pimento (optional)
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
