Brownie Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. shortening
    2 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and cocoa; stir well. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Place in an airtight container.
    Store in a cool, dry place or in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
    Yields 16 cups.
