Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 c. shredded cheese
    8 oz. box spaghetti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a large skillet cook beef, onion and pepper until vegies are tender.
    Drain the grease.
    Add soups, water and garlic. Blend with cheese and cooked spaghetti.
    Top with additional cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
