Cheese-N-Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
2 c. cottage or Ricotta cheese
1 (10 oz.) frozen, chopped spinach, well drained
3 eggs
1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook noodles and drain.
Combine cheeses, spinach and eggs. Combine cooked noodles with spaghetti sauce and place half of the noodles on bottom of 3-quart casserole dish.
Top noodles with mixture; top with remaining noodles.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
