Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. shortening
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Mix dry ingredients, then mix with buttermilk.
Add yeast and knead lightly.
Place in refrigerator until needed.
Roll out and cut the amount needed.
Place on a pan 1 hour to let rise before putting into oven.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
