Pineapple Salad(Excellent With Ham) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple in its own juice
3/4 c. sugar or 1/4 c. Equal
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
pecans or walnuts (if desired)
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
Add sugar and flour. Mix well.
Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
Cube cheese and mix with pineapple chunks.
Pour sauce over cheese and pineapple.
Sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
Serve warm.
Serves 6.
