Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2 tsp. grated onions
    2 tsp. grated bell pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. salmon juice
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Drain salmon (set aside 1 tablespoon of salmon juice).
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Mix egg and salmon together.
    Add bell pepper and onions (salt is optional).
    Add flour.
    Mix together baking powder and salmon juice.
    Add to ingredients and form into patties.
    Place into hot grease.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
