Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cut the potatoes, cooked and peeled, in 1/2-inch pieces. Layer in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole with the brown sugar, salt and butter. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until glazed. Add a few marshmallows the last 5 minutes and brown slightly.
