Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) Provolone (or Mozzarella), diced except for 3 slices
    2 eggs
    1 c. spaghetti sauce from 15 oz. jar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    remainder of sauce in jar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except 3 slices cheese and remainder of sauce in jar.
    Mix together and spoon into pan (will not form shape).
    Pour remainder of sauce over meat.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven.
    Drain off grease.
    Put cheese on meat and place in oven until cheese melts.
    Remove.
    Let set 10 to 20 minutes.
