Cheese Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 heaping Tbsp. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, separated
    salt
    1 1/2 c. milk (warm)
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 small can pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Beat sugar, flour, egg yolks and salt.
    Heat milk (warm), cottage cheese and pineapple.
    Beat egg whites and put in last.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
