Ingredients

2 to 4 eggs or 6 egg yolks, well beaten
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Combine all.
Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear.
Cool slightly.
