Easy Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 to 3 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
