Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
2 whole eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated cheese
3/4 tsp. soda
1 medium onion, grated
2 jalapeno peppers
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Pour mixture into greased pan.
Bake approximately 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Cut into squares.
Serve.
