Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. milk
    3 1/3 c. unsifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Chopped candied ginger may be used in place of ground ginger.
