Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix ingredients as given.
    Thickness of batter depends on carrots.
    Shred very fine or grate (15 1/2 ounce can of pineapple is enough for a double recipe).
    Makes two loaves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
