Chicken In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut into pieces or any assortment of 4 to 6 white or dark pieces
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    6 carrots, chopped
    1 small onion, diced
    2 tsp. tarragon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place celery, carrots and onion in bottom of crock-pot.
    Place chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle with tarragon, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth.
    Cook on medium-high 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
