Jamician Sea Treasure - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red snapper fillets or try your favorite fish
    1 c. chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 c. chopped bell peppers
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1/4 c. PickaPepper sauce*
    salt and pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Spray Pam in a skillet and heat up.
    Sear fillets on both sides.
    Remove from skillet and place in a baking dish.
    Toss vegetables with PickaPepper sauce.
    Pour vegetable mixture over fish.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve with rice.
    Brown rice is especially nice with this dish.
