Cheesed Squash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium yellow squash
2/3 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Pare and cut squash in small pieces; cook until tender. Drain.
Add milk slowly to mayonnaise.
When it begins to thicken, add cheese and seasonings.
Place squash in casserole.
Cover with sauce.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown on top.
