Mark'S Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chopped chicken breasts
1 lb. dry white beans
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 fresh chopped tomato (no cans)
1 large chopped onion
1 bay leaf
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients with water.
Simmer until beans are tender.
Omit red pepper if desired (for milder chili).
Remove bay leaf when done.
