Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli following directions on back of package.
    Drain and place in greased baking casserole.
    Make cheese sauce as follows:
    melt butter.
    Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir together. Pour milk gradually, a little at a time.
    Add cheese and stir over medium heat until thick.
    Crumble 1/2 package Ritz crackers on top.
    Pour 1/2 of sauce over crackers. Crumble remainder of crackers over sauce.
    Pour on remainder of sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
