Barbecue Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 potatoes
    3 boiled eggs
    4 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender. Chop onion, celery and boiled eggs.
    Mix all these together with pickle relish.
    Drain potatoes and cool slightly.
    Add to mixture and mix.
    Add mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
    Mix thoroughly.
    You may need to add more mayonnaise to obtain proper consistency.
    You may adjust any of the ingredients to suit your taste.
