1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. green onion tops
1/4 c. white onions, grated
1/4 c. sugar (heaping)
1/2 tsp. celery salt
black pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
