Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach (16 oz.)
    2 c. herb seasoned breadcrumbs
    5 eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. butter
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Defrost spinach (squeeze out all water).
    Beat the 5 eggs. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, take one tablespoon of mix, roll into ball and place on cookie tray.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
