Cheese Cake For Microwave - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. graham crackers
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9-inch glass pie plate in microwave oven for about 45 seconds on High.
    Add cracker crumbs to melted butter and mix well with a fork.
    Press mixture evenly over bottom and sides. Cook, uncovered, in microwave oven for 2 minutes on High. Rotate plate halfway through cooking period (if you don't have a turntable).
    Soften cream cheese in a small glass bowl in microwave oven for 1 minute on High.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla and eggs to cream cheese.
    Mix until blended.
    Pour filling into crust.
