Pete'S Chicken Thing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken, cut in bite size pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 large onion
    flour
    1/2 bell pepper
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour chicken.
    Brown chicken and onions in small amount of shortening in large skillet.
    When chicken is brown, add enough water to make gravy.
    When gravy is at your consistency, add 1/2 bell pepper (chopped or in strips) for flavor.
    Let simmer 15 to 20 minutes, then add Worcestershire to taste.
    Let simmer an additional 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
