Scotch Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chilled
    1 lb. bulk sausage meat
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 to 3/4 c. packaged bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil in deep fryer or deep saucepan to 350\u00b0 on deep fat thermometer.
