Venison Burgers In Onion Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. venison burger
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1/2 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Saute celery in butter.
    Mix venison with bread, egg, water, salt and pepper.
    Add celery and mix.
    Make into patties and brown in pan.
